About Me – Joton Sutradhar
Hello, I’m Joton Sutradhar, a passionate and detail-driven Senior Software Engineer with over six years of experience turning complex problems into elegant, scalable solutions. I specialize in building robust backend systems using Laravel, PHP, and MySQL, and I’ve consistently pushed boundaries to deliver quality software across a variety of domains.
🛠 My Tech Journey
My journey began at Deshi Systems Limited, where I joined as a Junior Software Engineer in 2019. Through dedication and a thirst for knowledge, I climbed the ranks to become a Software Engineer, honing my skills in raw PHP and Laravel.
Since 2023, I’ve been a proud member of Adventure Dhaka Limited, a branch of Japan-based Adventure Inc. I joined as a Software Engineer and was promoted to Senior Software Engineer in May 2024. Here, I work on high-impact travel platforms, using Docker, Jira, Backlog, Node.js, and React.js alongside my core PHP expertise.
I also developed a Laravel-based microservice for Scoot Airline that seamlessly integrated with a monolithic architecture—an achievement that reflects my ability to bridge legacy systems with modern development paradigms.

I’m also passionate about writing and sharing knowledge. I contribute to Medium, Dev.to, and Daily.Dev, where I explore real-world Laravel problems, software architecture principles, and developer growth. My recent blogs include topics like OAuth with Laravel Passport and abstract service patterns in Laravel.
